WB Interiors was asked to transform the outdated Annette Medlock Verner Cafetorium into an elite training facility. The original 1920 cafeteria required special planning and attention to detail that contemporizes the building while maintaining its historical integrity.

To enliven the interior space, walls were removed to create two large rooms for group and individual training areas. Flanking the main training space, visitors can also enjoy a significant amount of natural light and outside views through glass windows installed within the original steel framework.

The structure’s character was kept intact by reusing the original wood stage for a new cardio area. Back and front storage rooms were converted into locker rooms featuring luxury finishes and exposed walls.
